Tandoori Chef

Lahore One Restaurant is seeking a skilled Tandoori Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have specialist experience in making traditional tandoori roti, naan and parathas in a clay oven. It is also desired to have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of kebabs and tikka.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven efficienctly.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent food quality and service.
• Manage stock levels and assist with kitchen organisation.
  

Salary: £27,500 pa.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Tandoori Chef in a restaurant setting.
• Expertise in handling tandoor equipment and cooking technique.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Passion for authentic Pakistani cuisine.
