Restaurant Manager

Full-time experienced Restaurant Manager required

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organising staff shifts and scheduling
• Making staff rotas
• Supervising staff
• Providing excellent customer service
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Overseeing stock levels
• Ordering supplies
• Working with food and drink suppliers
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
  

Salary: £27,000 pa.

Skill, experience and qualification required:

• Ideal candidate should have experiences working in a busy Pakistani/Indian Cuisine as a Restaurant Manager
• Must have greater knowledge and understanding on food hygiene and safety issues
• Be friendly, authentic and passionate, as will need to use natural confidence and leadership to develop an outstanding team
• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Chef

Full-time experienced Chef required

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning menus, preparing, seasoning and cooking foodstuffs or overseeing their preparation and monitoring the quality of finished dishes
• Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members
• Liaising with managers to manage food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimise waste
• Working with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns
  

Salary: £27,000 pa.
